Seeyousound 2025

Where Cinema and Music Converge into a Sensory Experience.

From February 21 to 28, 2025, Turin will once again become the epicenter of sound and vision, hosting the 11th edition of SEEYOUSOUND International Music Film Festival. More than just a festival, SEEYOUSOUND is an immersive journey where cinema and music intertwine, shaping narratives, emotions, and performances into a singular artistic experience.

For eight days, 65 films and music videos, 15 live performances, an exhibition, and a series of special events will transform the city into a hub of creative expression. From documentaries exploring the lives of rock legends and pioneers of electronic music to stories capturing the raw energy of underground scenes, SEEYOUSOUND presents a diverse, borderless approach to musical storytelling.

A Festival True to Music, Just Like the Artists It Celebrates

As the first festival in Italy dedicated entirely to music-themed cinema, SEEYOUSOUND remains committed to its core mission: showcasing the profound connection between sound and image, between memory and innovation. A High Fidelity Music Film Festival, it stays true to its essence, preserving the authenticity of the artists it honors while pushing the boundaries of artistic exploration.

The 2025 edition will feature one world premiere, one international premiere, one European premiere, and nineteen Italian premieres, with films divided into the following competitive sections:

  • Long Play Doc (documentaries)

  • Long Play Feature (feature-length fiction films)

  • 7Inch (short films)

  • Soundies (music videos)

  • Frequencies (live soundtracks)

Alongside these, two non-competitive strands expand the festival’s scope: Rising Sound, which explores music’s transformative power in society, and Into the Groove, a proudly mainstream section opening the festival with the Italian premiere of Blur: To The End by director Toby L., who will be present at the screening.
